After many years in the ministry and a career, spanning 3 decades, in the professional auto racing industry - Randy uses stories and true-to-life experiences to relate practical strategies that help others in their personal lives and businesses. Then in the 90s he began working with large-scale companies doing consulting – he would host seminars, to address specific business shifts and trends.

Randy, after decades in pastoral ministry, became a Chaplain for NASCAR in the early 1990’s. To support his work, NASCAR hired him as a PR/Media Coordinator. In 2004 he took ownership of what had been known as the DASH Series. In between events, he was contracted by large-scale companies as a Corporate and Personal Life Coach. During this tenure he met one on one with corporate leaders, conducted seminars to address specific business shifts and trends; along with, coaching individuals within those companies to overcome challenges that hindered them from reaching their full potential.
