Randy formerly worked as a Life Coach and PR/Media Representative for NASCAR, owned and operated a professional auto racing series known as ISCARS DASH Series. During this time large-scale companies contracted him for consulting – he hosted seminars, and one-on-one sessions to address specific business shifts and trends.

I have had the honor of being involved in one on one coaching sessions with race car drivers at the top levels of the sport, professional actors, corporate leaders to hourly employees. From analyzing behavioral tendencies to personality traits – along with everything involved in producing and conducting major sporting events – I am passionate about sharing ideas and the strategies for personal and corporate success.”
